How do your coffee subscriptions work?- Our subscriptions are easy. To get started, simply choose a coffee subscription that suits your tastes. Then decide how often you want your coffee (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly) and then your preferred grind size. We always recommend whole beans for freshness, but we can also provide ground coffee. Our subscriptions are also suitable for every brewing method, from espresso to coffee. Then, after payment, your subscription will automatically start at the frequency you choose.Without stress. No rush.

Which subscription to choose?- It depends on how many cups of coffee you drink per day and how many people drink coffee in your household. Then there are additional considerations to consider, such as dose size and dialing. On average, we recommend the following products based on a dose size of 15g (with filter) and 18g (with espresso):- 1 x 250g bag = 13-16 cups.- 2 x 250g bag = 26-32 cups.- 3 x 250 g bags = 39-48 cups.- 1 x 1kg bag = 52-64 cups.

How does next day shipping work?- Order before 23:59 and your coffee will be roasted and shipped the next day (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after midnight will be shipped the next day. Orders placed after 23:59 on Thursday will be shipped on Monday.

What does "mailbox friendly" mean?- All orders for 1 or 2 250g coffee bags will be shipped in a mailbox suitable package and should fit most European mailboxes,- This is based on an average mailbox height in Europe of 40 mm.
